Belonging. Power. Voice.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: everyone deserves to belong — and to hold real power and voice in the systems that affect their lives.
Belonging
True belonging means more than inclusion. It means being recognized as a legitimate participant in decisions that affect your life. Too often, families impacted by systems are present but not empowered. I work to help organizations move beyond symbolic inclusion toward structures and practices that recognize families, advocates, and professionals as accountable partners with shared authority.
Power
Power is often concentrated in systems least accountable to the people they affect. My work focuses on redistributing power by helping organizations build structures where families and communities have real decision-making authority. By challenging traditional hierarchies and supporting new forms of leadership, I help transform power from a barrier into a shared and accountable resource.
Voice
The voices of parents and impacted individuals hold essential knowledge about how systems actually function. My work centers on ensuring those voices are not just heard, but positioned to lead decisions, policy, and accountability. I support emerging leaders in translating lived experience into influence so their perspectives shape outcomes, not symbolic inclusion.
